  • Do I need prior experience to join?

    No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are tailored to accommodate all skill levels, whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience in martial arts.
  • What benefits can my child gain from Kids Martial Arts?

    Kids Martial Arts helps children build confidence, discipline, and respect. They’ll also develop essential self-defense skills, improve their physical fitness, and learn how to focus both in class and in everyday life.
  • Is there a family program where we can train together?

    Yes! Our Youth/Family Martial Arts program is designed for families to train together. It's a great way to bond while staying fit and learning self-defense skills.
  • How long is each class?

    Most classes run for about 35-45 minutes, giving students a solid workout without overwhelming them. This duration allows us to teach effectively while keeping students engaged.
  • What should my child wear to their first class?

    For their first class, your child can wear comfortable workout clothes. If you sign up for our 3-week trial, a free uniform is included!
  • How often should my child attend classes?

    We recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times per week to see steady improvement and maintain progress. However, the schedule is flexible, so you can choose what works best for your family.
